We are a builder studio — we build, own, and operate software products across AI tooling, developer infrastructure, open-source platforms, and data systems. Every project targets the same user: the person who has opinions about their terminal emulator.

"If it needs a demo video to explain, it's too complicated. If it needs a sales call to sell, it's solving the wrong problem."

Each product starts as a bet on real friction — something a builder is doing by hand that should be automated, connected, or eliminated. We ship fast, measure what people actually do (not what they say), and kill what doesn't compound.

Every project starts with constraints: one problem, one user, one deployment target. Then we stress-test the edges until the real shape emerges.

Our users grep logs at 2am, have dotfiles repos, and will roast your API design in a GitHub issue. We build for that energy, not around it.
